R and I went back to RRC last week and spoke with the doctor, nurse and financial coordinator. We are going to start a cycle to get the 2 frozen embryos. It will start mid-June, and they'll transfer the two back in July 21. Some of the process and drugs are the same as last time. I'll start out with birth control pills, then Lupron shots. This time I'll be on estrogen patches for awhile. I'll take the progesterone shots, a steroid and an antibiotic near transfer time.
Usually 80-90% of the frozen embryos survive the thaw process, then there is a 49% chance of pregnancy.
The doctor did recommend I have blood work done to see if I have any auto-immune issues. Since I didn't eat breakfast before the appointment, they were able to do blood work that same visit. They took 12 vials worth! The results should be in sometime this week.
