Transfer tomorrow

The embryo transfer is at 11 am tomorrow. R and I are going to spend the night in KC tomorrow night so I can rest and take it easy.

I took today off and spent it in Lawrence with my good friend T. She is my personal shopping consultant, and I always end up with awesome outfits when we shop together. She'll hand me something and say "try this on", I'll look at her like she's crazy, then it looks incredible and I buy it. We have a good thing going!!

Here is the email I got from the clinic today, it kinda cracked me up:

Hi Tami, Your transfer Tuesday will be at 11:00. Please check in to our office at 10:45am. You can eat breakfast, wear makeup or jewelry, or whatever. Bring your valium with you...you can take it on your way in, or while you're in the transfer room. Also, go ahead and use the bathroom while you are waiting to be called back. Questions? Please confirm... Thanks, Brandi

I feel a little more emotional today. Which is probably normal and understandable. I got teary eyed this morning because of different conversations I had with very special people in my life, and then got super agitated tonight over several things. Tonight I realized what was happening and stepped away to de-stress and relax. Plus I'm eating ice cream with chocolate syrup right now, so that helps!!

Thanks for all of the comments, emails, text messages, thoughts and prayers. You guys are a great support system and I appreciate how much you have helped us these past couple of months.
