The blood test and scan this morning showed that everything is on track. The follicles appeared to be 15-19 mm. Brandi, the nurse, said there were 1/2 dozen good ones on each side. We will be doing retrieval (ultrasound directed follicle aspiration) on Thursday!!
I don't have to go back tomorrow or Wednesday for blood work or scans. I take my last shots of Gonal F, Lupron and HCG tonight. Aimee will send me additional instructions tomorrow for the Ovidrel (trigger shot) which I'll take tomorrow.
I called today and pre-registered with One Day Surgery.
I am excited! R and I plan to stay overnight in KC on Wednesday and Thursday. We will probably go to the Royals game on Wednesday :)
